How it works
One place to see how to get into the cycling events that sell out — and a nudge when something changes.
What we track
For each event we list every way in we know of: general registration, pre-registration, lotteries and ballots, early access for qualifier series, official tour-operator packages with guaranteed entries, charity places, official transfer windows and waitlists. Each one has a status, the key dates and the rules in plain English.
Where the data comes from
Every date, price and status links to its source — the official event site whenever possible, otherwise an official tour operator or reputable cycling media. We check events on a schedule: weekly by default, daily when something opens within two weeks, and every couple of hours around an opening. A human reviews every change before it goes live.
Announced vs expected
If an organizer hasn't announced a date yet, we say so. Where last year's pattern is a useful guide we show it as an estimate — for example "Expected: early November (not yet announced)" — and never present it as fact. Unknown things are marked "not announced".
Time zones
Opening times are shown in the event's local time and in yours, worked out by your browser.
Alerts
- Pick events and alert types, enter your email, then confirm from your inbox (double opt-in).
- We email you when registration opens, sells out (with the remaining ways in), when a lottery opens or closes, and when transfer windows open.
- Optional reminders 7 days, 24 hours and 1 hour before an announced opening time.
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and a link to manage your choices. No passwords, no account.
Independent and unofficial
bibalerts isn't affiliated with any organizer. Details change at short notice, so always confirm on the official site before you pay. Spotted something wrong? Every event page has a "Report a correction" link.
How we make money
bibalerts is free for riders. In future we may earn referral commissions from tour operators, hotels or bike transport services, and sell clearly-labelled featured listings to organizers. Referral links are always marked, we list official operators whether or not they pay us, and money never changes status data. See terms.
