Window runs 09:00 Italian time on 14 Oct to midnight on 10 Nov 2026; about 4,000 of roughly 8,000 places are drawn, and group pre-registrations are accepted. Riders who missed out in the 2022-2026 draws and miss again are readmitted, and up to 200 extra places go to undrawn women-only groups in pre-registration order.
