The organizer's site says 2027 information is coming soon. Its rider terms describe a free application followed by a random draw when applications exceed places, with unselected applicants put on a waiting list. Those terms also list application dates, but some dates on the same page are out of date, so we treat the 2027 timing as unconfirmed.
