  Guaranteed QH entry without the draw for listed groups. For 2026 these were riders with 15 or more QH finishes, riders taken to hospital from the previous edition, Pirineos No Limits finishers (3 Nacions, QH and La Ariégeoise) and holders of the Madrid 7 Picos and Treparriscos invitation promotions. The 2027 list has not been published.

  Prix

  €99–€1172026 QH fee: 99 with a valid licence, 117 with the 18 day licence (Treparriscos 75/93). Entering the draw costs a non-refundable 4. 2027 fees not published yet.

  Pay 4 to enter the draw for either the QH or the Treparriscos (one ride per person); an application can add up to four companions, who all get in if it is drawn. Places go to consecutive entry numbers from the drawn number, and winners must then pay within a set window. The organizer's rules also give a direct QH place to riders unlucky in three draws in a row.

  For 2027 the organizer promised a QH place to 2026 draw losers who rode the long 7 Picos route of Madrid 7 Picos 2026 under the same ID number; that edition has already been held. For 2026 the first 600 entrants of that year's 7 Picos route also got a QH place, but no such offer is announced yet for Madrid 7 Picos 2027 (8 May 2027).

  The first 100 riders who entered the Treparriscos 2026 with the organizer's invitation code were promised a QH 2027 place. The Treparriscos 2026 was ridden on 20 June 2026, so this route is finished.

  Listed by the organizer. Spanish agency taking 2027 bookings for a preferential-pen bib plus hotel near Sabiñánigo with no draw, via a 200 deposit (balance before March) and prices on request. Its terms say bibs are non-refundable and a rider can only be swapped until 15 April.

  Prix

  €250–€1,819.802026 prices: Training Pro 250; Premium from 877.65 (single room) to 1,819.80 (triple room, three riders).

  Sold by the organizer: Training Pro bundles a coached five-month plan with a guaranteed place starting from the second pen; Premium adds two half-board nights at a hotel in Biescas, guarded bike parking and bib delivery to the hotel. 2027 packs not yet on sale.
